We Brew Coffee. They Feed the World.
Charlotte Trinity is joining forces with Javesca Coffee to support them in their mission: to help put an end to world hunger no matter the region, location, need, or background. All the coffee brewed in our new “Coffee Connection” area is sourced from Javesca. Read below to see what this partnership is made of.
Javesca Coffee started in Charlotte, NC as a product of multiple missions trips to Guatemala. After seeing the poverty affecting families, Craig and Marilyn Bollinger embarked on their new mission and established Javesca Coffee to fight world hunger. They source their coffee internationally, ensuring to pay above market value allowing coffee growers to provide sustainable living wages to their workers. Javesca Coffee is an active proponent of fair and ethical trade.
Javesca Feeds is the Christian, non-profit sister-organization of Javesca Coffee where the mission is put into action. For every bag of coffee sold, four meals are provided through a front-line feeding organization. Javesca Feeds is actively fighting hunger across the globe: From Charlotte, NC to Burundi (Africa) and Guatemala (Central America). Everyday, more than 480 meals are being provided world-wide.
